Toa-Toa is built as five pavilions arranged around the dramatic pool set in a sunny deck. Three pavilions border the pool deck: the central Great Room offers a convenient wet bar, all media, and two very plush overstuffed sofas for lounging; eclectic teak pieces and a variety of accessories gathered from world travels accent this living area. One of Toa-Toa's four king master bedroom/bath suites - this one with an indoor/outdoor garden shower and a romantic four-poster bed - is situated directly above the Great Room. On one end of the pool deck is the alfresco dining area in a shady lanai; it adjoins a country-style kitchen, with the billiard room just next door. At the opposite end is the third pavilion with a second king suite, and the third and fourth king bedroom suites are in two additional pavilions (one above and one below), both easily accessible by steps from the pool deck. All four bedrooms are very spacious and well separated for serene privacy, and each offers its own individual mini-fridge, coffeemaker and a private covered balcony. Toa-Toa House is a serene and harmonious aerie perched between vast sky and blue ocean kissed by cooling tradewinds, a perfect hideaway for reading and relaxing, although you may not be able to take your eyes off the entrancing views. Lucy the cat may occasionally wander from the owner's home over to Toa-Toa House to visit. Toa-Toa House is conveniently located near Nanny Cay, watersports, Road Town's shops and restaurants, and is just a scenic drive away from your choice of beautiful North Shore and West End beaches. JoJo, the cat, visits all the guests at Toa-Toa House.

Amenities: Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, CD/tape player, radio, VHS movie + music collections, books, games, A/C in bedrooms, answering + fax machines, DSL service + Wi-Fi for your laptop, wet bar, billiard room, hair dryers, safe for valuables, binoculars, gas grill, assorted snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, generator, dishwasher. Optional personal laundry service ($10 per load for the housekeeper to wash, dry + fold). With advance notice, groceries and drinks can be stocked at Toa-Toa House for your arrival, a chef engaged for a special dinner or for several meals, and more maid service arranged for your vacation. Pool: 13.5' x 25' x 6.5' deep; nearest beach: Long Bay Beach (10 minute drive), Cane Garden Bay (14 minute drive) and Brewer's Bay Beach; children over 8 yrs are welcome; maid service: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except holidays) but starting January 2008 maid service will be two times a week; smoking is permitted; Square footage: 2,700' sq ft + exterior 2,250' exterior = Total 5,250'

JoJo, the cat, now lives full time at Toa-Toa House. Also, the owner’s lab-mix dog, Mottley, comes over to visit Toa-Toa House guests from time to time.

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season.
