Enjoy the starter bar as you toast the breathtaking views of Sir Francis Drake Channel. A stylish curved glass brick wall separates the kitchen from the very spacious Great Room which offers ever-changing views of passing yachts. Decorated in ocean pastels or shell pinks, three nearly-equal queen bedroom/bath suites and a fourth suite offering either a king or two twin beds (your choice) are situated along the deck from the Great Room on two levels. The upper two bedrooms have private balconies, and the other two open onto a semi-shaded deck with a double hammock. Each suite features its own telephone, TV, VCR, radio, coffeemaker, and all have ocean views. Summer Heights is a relaxed and restful haven with many enhanced amenities such as a gourmet kitchen, an inter-villa intercom, welcome bar, a high-speed DSL line for your laptop, and a full diesel standby generator. A very friendly, light and breezy vacation home for couples or families, this villa is conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants, and West End beaches.

Amenities: TV, VCR + DVD player in LR, 100-CD changer, radio, (+ each BR has a TV, VCR + radio), movie + music collections, books, games, answering machine, central high-speed DSL Internet line available to guests, binoculars, espresso machine, cookbook collection, AC and coffeemakers in all BRs, intercom system throughout, welcome starter bar + light snacks, 2 baby cribs, highchair, double hammock, gas grill, beach coolers, generator, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. Your personal laundry is done by the housekeeper. Swimming pool: 10' x 20' x 5' - 5.5' deep. Maid service: 2 days per week.

Other notes: Beds: 3 queens + 2 twins (OR 1 king, your choice), + 2 single rollaway beds*, the 2 airbeds must be set up in Summer Height’s living room, as the bedrooms are too small to accommodate them. Bathrooms: 4.5. Closest beaches: Long Bay Beach (10 minutes' drive). Children welcome.

*Please add $50 per night per person for 9th and 10th persons sleeping on rollaway beds.

Originally from England, the owners of Summer Heights personally built and now maintain Summer Heights in immaculate condition. Their own accomdations are tucked away on the lower eastern side of the property, completely separate from the villa's amentities. For more than 20 years, they have hosted guests on their beautiful 72-foot sailing yacht in the Caribbean. Use them as information resources, have them professionally cater your dinner party, or help arrange your day activities...or simply indicate your preferences for total privacy.

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season
