Villa Allesandra is a wonderful three bedroom three bath luxury villa located in upper Estate Chocolate Hole. You will find that Allesandra is totally equipped with all the amenities for the vacationing traveler. The Great Room (Master suite, upper right) features an expansive living and dining room area. Cathedral ceilings with two large windows and four sets of sliding glass doors that open out to the spacious pool deck. The living space has comfortable rattan furniture including two love seats, a large chair with ottoman and a recliner. Enjoy reading or watching TV on the 42" Phillips Plasma wall mounted flat screen LSD with digital expanded cable. A Sony 5 disc DVD/CD Changer with 5 Direct reflecting Bose speakers, Onkyo Receiver and outdoor speakers for your listening and viewing pleasures. A mahogany desk and chair are available for reading, writing or using your lap top. A glass top dining table for six is located in the main living area as well as a table for six just outside under the gazebo.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen including all major and minor appliances that will please any chef. A Whirlpool side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser including a UV water filter system for added convenience. A four burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster and all the necessary gadgets for the gourmet chef. An island counter and bar with seating for four separates the kitchen from the dining and living room areas. Just down the hall from the kitchen you will find a brand new large capacity Whirlpool Washer and Dryer. At the end of the hall is a full bath for the Flamboyant Suite. There is a separate door off the kitchen to keep this bedroom private from the main house.

As you enter the main house through the mahogany front door, the Master Suite is located to the west. A lovely mahogany king sized sleigh bed with Tempur-pedic mattress awaits you. A large mahogany armoire is available for all your Caribbean attire. Enjoy the cozy sitting area with two comfortable wicker barrel chairs and mahogany side table for reading or watching TV. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, and 32" wall mounted flat screen LCD TV with digital expanded cable and built in DVD player are included. The screened sliding glass doors open onto the expansive coral tiled deck. The master bathroom has an oversized glass block shower that gives you plenty of space for two! A door opens onto to the pool deck for easy access from the pool to the bath.

The Flamboyant Suite features a mahogany, four poster canopied, king sized bed with a chocolate colored tropical spread featuring bold philodendron & fern leaves in soothing shades of green with vibrant red heliconia flowers. Two euro and king decorative pillow shams with sheer organza panels behind, invite one to a cozy space for napping or gazing out to the beautiful flamboyant tree. Mahogany night stands are on either side of the bed with a reading shelf and three way lamps. Double sliding glass doors give easy access to the pool deck. A full size futon in this suite is available for small children with extendable wall lamp for reading. This suite features a full size dresser with large oval shaped wicker mirror and closet to store all your personal effects. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, and telephone are also included. A wall mounted 19" flat screen LCD TV with digital expanded cable & built in DVD including a movable arm to allow viewing from both sleeping areas. The Master Suite and the Flamboyant Suite are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living areas making this villa ideal for families with small children.

The expansive driveway allows for plenty of parking. From the driveway a separate staircase leads you down to the Garden Cottage where you will find a quiet retreat for reading or enjoying the view. The Citrus Suite contains a deluxe country cottage queen sized bed with wicker night stands on either side including reading lamps for each guest. Air conditioning, ceiling fans cordless telephone and large closet are also included. A large armoire holds the 36" Toshiba TV with expanded cable and DVD player. There is a lovely hand painted glass top table with seating for two, and a small refrigerator to hold drinks or a late night snack. A full bath with fish tiled shower completes this unique cottage retreat. The cottage can also be entered from a gated staircase off the pool deck.
